Caregiver Rides and Meals Plan
A one-page coordinator sheet for rides, meals, errands, and backup plans
Assign
- One coordinator for rides and one for meals, so the patient is not managing every text.
- Backup driver for treatment days and a backup meal option for low-appetite days.
- A quiet update channel for people who want to help.
Check first
- Food safety rules, allergies, smells, portion size, and delivery times.
- Whether the patient wants visitors or porch drop-off only.
- Clinic pickup rules, parking, wheelchair needs, and after-treatment driving limits.
Helpful caregiving is specific, scheduled, and easy for the patient to accept.
